This page explains what personal information Pinnacle Property Partners collects when you request a showing, and what we do with it. We handle it in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect
When you request a showing, you give us:
- your name, email address and phone number
- the date and time you would like to visit
- an optional message
- the time you agreed to be contacted about your request
We do not ask for payment details or identification to request a showing.
Why we collect it
We use it to arrange and confirm your showing, to reply to your message, and to follow up about the home you asked about. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
The Pinnacle leasing team and the manager assigned to the building you asked about can see your request.
A few service providers handle data for us: email delivery to send confirmations and notices, Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam on the request form, and our hosting provider, which stores the site and its data. They may only use it to provide those services.
Your information is stored and processed by service providers in the United States, for hosting and email delivery, under those providers’ safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep showing requests for up to 24 months, then delete or anonymize them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within the time PIPA requires.
